#ULTRACONTEMPORARY#EMERGENCYART#AFRICA is an exhibition developed by artist Thierry Geoffroy/ COLONEL and curated by Tijana Miskovic, curators of COPENHAGEN ULTRACONTEMPORARY BIENNALE.
In the period from June 10th to 24th, a group of international artists will daily express in Johannesburg at @MOAD - The Museum of African Design about what they spot as emergencies now.

FROM JUNE 10TH TO JUNE 24TH: EVERY DAY CHANGING MUSEUM EXHIBITION ABOUT EMERGENCIES
#ULTRACONTEMPORARY#EMERGENCYART#AFRICA is an exhibition format showing burning artworks about emergencies today. To be in time and not too late the artworks are exhibited the day of their creation.
The debates around the artworks happen every day, not only among participating artists but also with participative audience.
FROM JUNE 10TH TO JULY 30TH: DELAY MUSEUM (LE MUSÉE DU RETARD)
A selection of ultracontemporary art works, done during the first 2 weeks, will form part of a Delay Museum that will be on display at MOAD until July 31st.
The Delay Museum exhibits artworks that were once emergency art and in time (or even in advance). In the Delay Museum there is a great opportunity to study the aesthetic of EMERGENCY.
